SPEAKERS

Jason Hollis, CPA, CFE - Principal Financial Group  

A native of Connecticut, Jason graduated from Bryant College in Smithfield, RI with a dual concentration in Accounting and Economics. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), as well as a member of the Iowa Society of CPA’s, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and Mensa International.

Jason joined Principal in 2005 as a member of the financial team in the claims area, and before joining the Advanced Solutions department in 2024 held several positions including the Claim Director for Individual Disability, Individual Life, Group Disability, Group Life, PFML and Specialty Benefits at various times. Jason currently provides support for the Life and Disability products, as well as providing presentations and
support to financial professionals on business valuation, buy-sell evaluations, business planning and other topics.

Josh Craig - Principal Financial Group

Josh is the Regional Director, Business Owner Solutions (Life and Disability Insurance) for the West Coast region at Principal Financial Group. In this role, he partners with financial professionals, brokerage firms, and business owners to develop life and disability insurance strategies that help protect income, businesses, and long-term financial goals.

With more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Josh specializes in business protection planning, income protection, key person coverage, business succession strategies, and executive benefit solutions. Prior to his current role, he held multiple positions within Principal across sales, wholesaling, and operations, building extensive expertise in both life and disability insurance distribution.

Known for his collaborative approach and passion for advisor education, Josh helps financial professionals integrate insurance solutions into broader business and wealth planning discussions. He earned his bachelor's degree from Northwest Missouri State University and holds a Life & Health Insurance License along with FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations.
