ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Disability insurance is one of the most overlooked - yet most critical - conversations advisors can have with their clients. So why are more advisors making it a priority now?
Join us on May 21st for a candid discussion with three experienced advisors who have successfully integrated DI into their practice. They’ll share what sparked their shift, how they identify clients who truly need this protection, and the strategies they use to confidently present and position DI.
You’ll walk away with practical insights into:
- What motivates advisors to prioritize DI today
- The client profiles that make DI a must-have conversation
- Proven approaches to introducing and positioning DI to deliver results
Whether you're new to DI or looking to refine your approach, this session will give you real-world perspective and actionable ideas you can immediately put into practice.

Joshua Fleischner - Tiger Eye Wealth
Josh Fleischner is a Disability Insurance Advisor with Tiger Eye Wealth. Raised in a third generation insurance family, Josh was exposed to the disability insurance industry early and developed a sharp understanding of the financial consequences that can arise when substantial earning power is insufficiently protected.
Josh’s work centers on helping clients understand disability insurance not as a peripheral benefit, but as an essential component of protecting long term earning power. His focus includes individual disability insurance, underwriting strategy, evaluating complex compensation structures and determining forecasting future earning capacity. Josh also works closely with medical residents and fellows in the implementation of Guaranteed Standard Issue (GSI) disability insurance programs, helping young physicians secure coverage early in their careers while access and insurability are at their strongest.
A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Josh advises clients throughout New York and nationally.
