Join us on July 17th to hear from Mike Cogdall and Grayson Owen as they share how to utilize D.I. sales ideas in the new marketing world to help get the word out about the importance disability insurance.

Mike Cogdall has been selling, training and speaking about Income Protection for more than 30 years.  Mike’s work in the Disability Insurance industry has earned him many awards including an induction into Principal’s Hall of Fame for income protection.  His experience in marketing and sales tools has come from working with three of the largest carriers in disability income.  Mike speaks passionately and enthusiastically about his knowledge and desire to share his ideas on how to grow anyone’s income protection practice.

Grayson Owen is a wholesaler with DIBroker East and works with brokers and advisors throughout the United States and specializes in individual disability insurance solutions for income protection, business planning, and executive benefit programs. Prior to joining DIBroker East in December of 2019, Grayson held various positions on the broker side of the insurance industry from 2010 to 2019. During this time, Grayson gained significant experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry working with business owners and privately held companies. Grayson’s mission is to help as many brokers as possible so they can confidently educate their clients on the topic of disability insurance.

Mike and Grayson are the hosts of The Income Protection Podcast – which can be found on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. The purpose of the podcast is to help educate brokers on the importance of discussing income protection and disability insurance with their clients. In the podcast episodes, Mike and Grayson talk about the fundamentals of income protection, share disability insurance strategies & ideas, and interview top D.I. producers and experts from throughout the industry.
