NINE HOURS over THREE BIG DAYS
October 19-21 * 12 Noon to 3PM EST Each Day
We really wanted to be together with you in person, but COVID-19 got in the way! The tough decision was made to move the 2020 Conference to an online, virtual event. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of the IDIS community -- which is why we will be hosting this year's event via GoToWebinar.
Spread out over three days (each with its own theme), this year's Conference will offer up to nine hours of engaging and informative sessions.
We hope you'll join us for all three hours each day, but you'll be able to pick and choose which sessions you login for.

12 Noon: Creative Tools to Connect you with Business OwnersIn this session, Secura Consultants’ Chief Executive Officer George Davidson and President Mitch Nelson will discuss how they uncover opportunities with business owners through contractual obligations, corporate liabilities and by way of identifying meaningful areas of underinsurance for an organizations’ leadership. George and Mitch will share case studies on big “wins,” how they position their solutions with business owners and the impact these products can have on your insurance practice.

1:00 PM: 3 Ways to Protect Your Business Owner Clients’ Biggest AssetJoin us for deep dive into how advisors protect a business owner’s equity. Led by John Ursin, partner at Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP, James Steidel, Senior Vice President & Director of Disability Insurance, and Patti Bell, CPA, CLU, Business Valuation Specialist for Principal Financial Group, this session will provide an overview of the key legal components in the business planning process, how advisors work with business owners to establish a business valuation, and an overview of the insurance funding opportunities that can result from a well-established buy-sell agreement.
